The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, in partnership with Gentry Kapolei Development, LLC, is pleased to announce the offering of 115 residential homes in the Kaʻuluokahaʻi Subdivision – Increment IIC, located in ʻEwa Beach, Hawaiʻi. This opportunity is available exclusively to East Kapolei IIB & C Undivided Interest (UI) Lessees and Kaʻuluokahaʻi IID, E, and F Project Lease Lessees. Please note that Undivided Interest Lessees will receive priority in the lot selection process, as they currently hold leases to lots within this increment.
